Man drowns in Muleshoe Lake

HARRIS COUNTY - A man was reportedly missing Saturday night after his friend said he went swimming and never came back up. This was in Muleshoe Lake by the San Jacinto River. According to Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, the man's body was recovered after Texas Parks and Wildlife and a Harris County Sheriff's Office Marine Unit searched for him. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.

HARRIS COUNTY, TX - A 62-year-old woman was found deceased in her backyard by her son. https://youtu.be/-A29HALLNyc She was found at a residence in the 20800 block of Sunshine Meadow around 7 p.m. Saturday evening. According to Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, she had what appeared to be stab wounds At this time, there is no description of the suspect or what led up to the stabbing but the suspect is believed to be armed and dangerous and residents in the area should use caution. Suspected drug dealer arrested during traffic stop

HARRIS COUNTY, TX - A suspected drug dealer was arrested during a traffic stop in the 13000 block of T.C. Jester Blvd in northwest Harris County on June 30, 2024. According to Constable Mark Herman, Harris County Precinct 4 deputies pulled over Aaron Reyes and during the traffic stop he was to be in possession of "a mini-AK-47, 2.24 grams of Xanax, 12.22 grams of Oxycodone and $11,000.00 in U.S. Currency." He was booked into Harris County Jail and charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute as well as unlawful carry of a weapon. His bond has not yet been set and he remains in jail at this time.

Harris County Deputy Arrests Man for Animal Cruelty

HOUSTON - A Harris County deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office arrested DeAndre Lipscomb on February 16, 2024, for animal cruelty. Deputies responded to a reported disturbance on the 8400 block of FM 1960 Bypass Road West, where a man was allegedly abusing a dog. Upon arrival, they identified the suspect as Lipscomb and found the dog with an injured front leg. Lipscomb was booked into the Harris County Jail on charges of animal cruelty. Bond and court information are unavailable at this time.

The Texas Center for the Missing has issued an Amber Alert on behalf of Harris County Precinct 8 for 1-year-old Noah Johnson. Noah was last known to be with his 38-year-old mother, Kamilah Antoinette Johnson, on February 6, 2024, in the area of the 11400 block of Space Center Boulevard, Houston. At the time of his disappearance, Noah was described as wearing a navy shirt and flower print pants. WOMAN CHARGED WITH DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED WITH CHILD PASSENGER

On Friday, February 2, 2024, at approximately 6:47 PM, Deputy A. Peters of Constable Phil Sandlin’s Office was dispatched to a crash in the 6500 block of SH 225. Upon arrival, Deputy Peters observed the vehicle in a ditch and identified the driver as 48-year-old Rachel Quezada Sorola. During the interaction, Deputy Peters noted multiple signs of intoxication from Sorola and conducted the Standardized Field Sobriety Test, which Sorola failed, indicating she was not fit to operate a vehicle safely. Atascocita - February 05, 2024, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office observed a vehicle missing the back right tire traveling in the 18300 block of June Forest Dr. The deputy initiated a traffic stop and identified the driver as Marco Altamirano Vasquez, who displayed multiple signs of intoxication. Due to his level of intoxication, he was unable to perform Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. The deputy acquired a warrant for a blood specimen. The suspect entered the establishment and brandished a black handgun, which he pulled from his waistband. The employee present at the time of the incident managed to escape to the restroom, where they locked themselves inside for safety. Suspect Arrested for Indecent Exposure in Harris County

February 5, 2024 - A man was arrested for indecent exposure on February 3, 2024, after a deputy from Constable Mark Herman's office (Precinct 4) spotted him in a public parking lot of a restaurant on the 4600 block of FM 1960 Road, intentionally exposing his sexual organs to customers. The suspect, identified as Patrick Sandifer, was observed exposing his genitals to nearby customers. Following his detention and identification, Sandifer was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure. He was subsequently booked into the Harris County Jail, with his bond set at $100.00, as confirmed by Constable Mark Herman. The charges were filed in County Court 14.
