Four injured in shooting at Goose’s Acre in The Woodlands; suspect in custody
THE WOODLANDS, TX – Montgomery County Deputies are investigating a shooting that left four individuals injured just after midnight at Goose's Acre in The Woodlands.
Upon arrival, deputies discovered two males, ages 31 and 29, and one female, age 27, who had sustained gunshot wounds. Witnesses at the scene provided immediate medical aid before all three were transported to local hospitals for treatment.
The suspect, a 27-year-old male from Houston, was also transported to a separate local hospital after sustaining injuries from bystanders who detained him for law enforcement. He is currently in custody.
Detectives are actively investigating the circumstances that led to the shooting. Authorities confirmed there is no ongoing threat to the public.
