Man fatally stabbed during dispute between brothers at Cityscape Apartments in south Houston

HOUSTON, TX – Houston Police are investigating a deadly stabbing that occurred Wednesday afternoon on the city’s south side. https://youtu.be/E4JU7S8hmYA Officers responded to a disturbance in the 13300 block of Cityscape Avenue shortly after 3 p.m. and found one male unresponsive at the scene. Paramedics pronounced him deceased. His name and age have not yet been released. According to the Houston Police Department, the preliminary investigation indicates the incident began as a dispute between brothers, which escalated into a fatal stabbing. Man killed after fight leads to shooting in Cypress neighborhood

HARRIS COUNTY, TX – According to Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, homicide detectives with the Harris County Sheriff's Office responded to a shooting scene early Monday morning at a residence in the 16000 block of Dehay Lane. Around 4 a.m., deputies found 21-year-old Elijah Edwards deceased from multiple gunshot wounds. Investigators determined that prior to the shooting, Edwards and several known males were at the residence when an argument broke out. The dispute escalated into a physical fight, during which Edwards was shot. Detectives have charged Xavier Garcia, born March 3, 2005, with murder in connection to Edwards' death.
