HARRIS COUNTY, TX – A man was found fatally shot Monday morning at a Comfort Suites hotel located in the 21200 block of Tomball Parkway. https://youtu.be/h4NPUfqvRMw According to Constable Mark Herman, Pct. 4 deputies responded to the location and discovered a male victim with a gunshot wound in the parking lot. . HARRIS COUNTY, TX – A woman riding a bicycle was struck and killed by a vehicle early Sunday morning in west Harris County. https://youtu.be/AGq7KLfsRwM The crash occurred around 4:29 a.m. on April 13, 2025, in the 7500 block of State Highway 6 South at the intersection of Empanada Drive. According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, 37-year-old Ashley Mae Nelson was riding westbound across the highway. Her husband was riding a bicycle directly behind her at the time of the crash. Nelson crossed all lanes of traffic outside of a crosswalk and failed to yield the right of way when she was struck by a red Ford or Toyota sedan traveling northbound in the number one lane. According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, deputies with Harris County Constable Precinct 1's office responded to reports of gunfire and located a silver SUV that had crashed in front of a residence. A female driver was found deceased inside the vehicle from an apparent gunshot wound. HARRIS COUNTY, TX – One person was killed and six others were injured in a shooting at a gas station gathering Saturday night in east Harris County. https://youtu.be/6siq52sEkJ4 The shooting occurred around 10 p.m. in the 13100 block of Crosby Lynchburg Road. According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, deputies arrived to find a chaotic scene with approximately 100 individuals in a parking lot, possibly attending a benefit. Seven people, ranging in age from 16 to 25, were shot. The victims include five males and two females. One individual was later pronounced deceased at the hospital. HARRIS COUNTY, TX – A man was killed in a head-on collision Friday night after his SUV veered into oncoming traffic in northeast Harris County. https://youtu.be/Fsi5G61fj7k The crash occurred around 10:45 p.m. in the 1300 block of Atascocita Road. According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, the SUV was traveling westbound when it lost control while going through a curve and crossed into the eastbound lanes, where it was struck head-on by a pickup truck. The driver of the SUV, described as a Black male in his late 60s, was pronounced deceased at the scene. He has been identified as the at-fault driver.
