HARRIS COUNTY – Jan. 28, 2024 – A shooting occurred outside a hookah lounge in the 21800 block of Katy Freeway, as reported by Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez. The incident, involving two adult males, started with a disturbance in the parking lot. As one of the parties drove away, he fired shots towards the other male.
The wounded male was transported by Lifeflight in serious condition. The male who fired the shots fled eastbound in a white Mercedes Benz.
Authorities are requesting anyone with information about the incident to contact the Harris County Sheriff’s Office at 713-221-6000 or to get in touch with Crime Stoppers of Houston. The investigation is continuing, and updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
