CYPRESS, TX – April 23, 2025 – Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office are seeking public assistance in identifying two suspects responsible for causing over $40,000 in damages at a water purification plant.
On April 22, 2025, deputies responded to an alarm at the facility located in the 22100 block of Cumberland Ridge Drive. Upon arrival, they discovered that two unknown suspects had broken into the facility and caused extensive property damage.
Video surveillance captured two white male suspects believed to be between 18 to 30 years old. Authorities indicate that the individuals may also be connected to additional cases involving destruction of water treatment infrastructure.
The case is documented under Case No. 2504-01684.
