HOUSTON, TX – All lanes have reopened following a police pursuit that led to a significant traffic disruption along the IH-610 West Loop Southbound near Westheimer Road.
According to police, the pursuit ended in this area, prompting the closure of several lanes as officers conducted an investigation Wednesday afternoon. Wreckers also responded to the scene, and the roadway has since been cleared.
Drivers experienced delays during the incident but traffic is now moving normally.
