HOUSTON, TX – Earlier this morning, a fatal hit-and-run collision occurred in the 7400 block of Fondren Road.
According to the Houston Police Department, a woman driving a sedan was attempting a turn or U-turn when she was struck by a pickup truck. The driver of the pickup fled the scene on foot without rendering aid.
Emergency Medical Services transported the woman to a nearby hospital, where she was pronounced deceased.
