HOUSTON, TX – The Houston Fire Department is currently responding to a 3-alarm warehouse fire at 2525 McAllister in Northwest Houston.
The blaze began Thursday morning and has drawn a large emergency response. Officials are urging the public to avoid the area due to the presence of heavy firefighting equipment.
At this time, the cause of the fire and the number of injuries, if any, remain unknown.
Video footage from the Citizen app shows heavy smoke rising from the building as fire crews work to contain the flames.
