STAFFORD, TX – A woman was shot multiple times and hospitalized following a shooting in Stafford on Monday afternoon.

The shooting occurred around 12:07 p.m. in the 12900 block of Sugar Ridge Boulevard. According to the Stafford Police Department, officers arrived to find a 31-year-old female victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. She was given immediate medical attention and transported to a local hospital. Her current condition has not been disclosed.
The suspected shooter has been identified as Jeremy Banguero, who fled the scene in a red 2023 Chevrolet Silverado bearing Texas license plate SSF-5049. Detectives are actively investigating the incident and working to locate Banguero.
