Argument over posters leads to deadly shooting on Yale Street

HOUSTON, TX – One man was killed, and another was injured in a shooting on Yale Street Saturday afternoon.

The shooting occurred around 4:25 p.m. in the 1900 block of Yale. Officers arrived to find two individuals at the scene. A Hispanic male in his 20s was transported to the hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. A second victim, a Hispanic male in his 40s, sustained a gunshot wound but appeared to be in good condition.

Initial information suggests the shooting stemmed from an argument between two parties in a parking lot over some posters.
