HARRIS COUNTY, TX – According to Constable Mark Herman, Pct. 4, an innocent 45-year-old male was killed in a wrong-way crash involving a suspected drunk driver early Saturday morning on the Hardy Toll Road.
The crash occurred in the 13800 block of the Hardy Toll Road. Investigators determined that a 26-year-old Hispanic female was driving the wrong way when the collision occurred.
Constable investigators will be filing an intoxication manslaughter charge against the suspected wrong-way driver according to Constable Mark Herman.
