HOUSTON, TX – Five people were shot at The Address Bar & Grill early Sunday morning after a suspect opened fire into the club before fleeing the scene.
The shooting occurred around 2:30 a.m. at the bar located in the 3300 block of Raleigh. According to police, officers arrived to a chaotic scene where multiple individuals had been shot. They provided first aid, applying tourniquets, chest seals, and other life-saving measures.
All five victims—three males and two females—were transported to local hospitals. Three are in stable condition, while two remain in critical condition.
Authorities stated that an altercation took place approximately 20 minutes before the shooting, but it is unclear if the incidents are connected. Surveillance footage shows a suspect approaching the front entrance and firing into the club. Investigators do not believe the suspect targeted specific individuals.
The suspect, described as wearing black clothing, fled the scene in a four-door white vehicle. Detectives are working to gather more details and locate the suspect.
