Three wounded, one dead after shooting at Diablo after-hours bar

HARRIS COUNTY, TX – Around 4 a.m., Harris County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a call at the 200 block of Mitchell regarding multiple injured individuals.

Upon arrival, deputies discovered three wounded adult males at the scene. According to Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, two of the men had sustained gunshot wounds, while the third appeared to have been assaulted. All three were transported to a hospital in serious condition.

A fourth male, believed to be connected to the scene, was taken to a hospital by private vehicle, where he was pronounced deceased.

The incident occurred in a warehouse-type building that investigators believe was being used as an unlicensed, after-hours bar that goes by the name Diablo.

Deputies are also interviewing several witnesses that remained at the scene.
