Photos: Colin Allred’s Campaign Event in Missouri City

MISSOURI CITY, TX – A campaign event for U.S. Senate candidate Colin Allred took place Sunday afternoon at the Landmark Community Center in Missouri City.

Allred, who is running against incumbent Senator Ted Cruz, was joined by several local officials and candidates, including 400th District Court Judge Tameika Carter, Fort Bend County Tax Assessor Carmen Turner, Fort Bend County Sheriff Eric Fagan, Fort Bend County Constable Daryl Smith, Fort Bend County Constable Precinct 3 Nabil Shike, and JaPaula Kemp, candidate for Justice of the Peace, Precinct 2, Place 2, among others. Also present were Congressman Al Green, Congresswoman Lizzie Fletcher, and Representative Jim Clyburn, who lent their support to Allred’s campaign.

During the event, three pro-Palestine protesters were escorted out by police.
