HOUSTON, TX – A man decided to climb on an apartment complex roof Monday morning and refused to come down. It was captured on the Citizen app.
The Houston Fire Department and the Houston Police Department were both called to the Somerset Apartments located on Tidwell around 10:30 a.m.
After about an hour and a half of talking to first responders, the man finally came down on his own free will onto a balcony and entered an apartment residence.
At this time it is not known why he climbed on the roof in the first place.
