HOUSTON, TX – Charges have been filed against Guadalupe M. Rodriguez after he shot a 39-year-old woman at Alex and Marisela’s Bar in the Magnolia Park area of Houston.
The shooting occurred at approximately 9 pm on Saturday night. The 39-year-old woman was critically injured and was transported to a local hospital by the Houston Fire Department.
Further investigation by the Houston Police Department’s Major Assaults and Family Violence Division led to the identification of Rodriguez as the suspect. He was last seen fleeing the scene in a white GMC Terrain SUV, bearing Texas license plate TKK0506.
Rodriguez is now charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and unlawful possession of a firearm. Rodriguez, who is also known by the alias “Julio,” remains at large.
