Harris County Deputy Arrests Man for Animal Cruelty

HOUSTON – A Harris County deputy with Constable Mark Herman’s Office arrested DeAndre Lipscomb on February 16, 2024, for animal cruelty.

Deputies responded to a reported disturbance on the 8400 block of FM 1960 Bypass Road West, where a man was allegedly abusing a dog. Upon arrival, they identified the suspect as Lipscomb and found the dog with an injured front leg.

Lipscomb was booked into the Harris County Jail on charges of animal cruelty. Bond and court information are unavailable at this time.
