February 5, 2024 – A man was arrested for indecent exposure on February 3, 2024, after a deputy from Constable Mark Herman’s office (Precinct 4) spotted him in a public parking lot of a restaurant on the 4600 block of FM 1960 Road, intentionally exposing his sexual organs to customers.
The suspect, identified as Patrick Sandifer, was observed exposing his genitals to nearby customers. Following his detention and identification, Sandifer was arrested and charged with Indecent Exposure. He was subsequently booked into the Harris County Jail, with his bond set at $100.00, as confirmed by Constable Mark Herman. The charges were filed in County Court 14.
