HUMBLE, TX, August 17, 2023 – Terran Green, the suspect believed to have shot an HCSO Deputy on the night of August 16, was surrounded by SWAT after he shot three more officers. The incident escalated into a standoff, which concluded when Green surrendered peacefully just before midnight on August 17, 2023.
