Houston Police are investigating a fatal crash that occurred in the 800 block of Holmes Road at around 1:40 a.m. on Sunday, July 30.
The victim has been identified as 49-year-old Kenneth Wayne Moses.
According to initial reports, Mr. Moses was driving a black Cadillac ATS eastbound at the given address, an area closed off for road construction. He reportedly struck a metal barricade in the middle of the street.
Paramedics from the Houston Fire Department responded to the scene, where Mr. Moses was pronounced deceased.
The investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash is currently ongoing.
