A man was fatally shot on November 12, 2022, around 11:30 p.m. in the 7400 block of Cullen Blvd in Southeast Houston behind a Shell gas station. Police arrived on the scene and discovered the man had been shot multiple times.
After applying a tourniquet, paramedics arrived on the scene and pronounced the man deceased at the scene.
