Video: Driver arrested after crashing into police vehicle blocking traffic for another accident in Houston

A driver was placed in custody on November 13, 2022, around 3:30 a.m. after crashing into a Houston Police patrol vehicle blocking traffic on the Eastex Freeway just before Laura Koppe. The patrol vehicle was blocking traffic for another accident.
