A driver is dead after their vehicle burst into flames when it hit a building

August 13, 2022 – Harris County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after a driver crashed into a building which caused the vehicle to burst into flames according to Sheriff Ed Gonzalez. The accident occurred in the 1200 Block of Hill Street just north of Gulf Bank Road near the Hardy Toll Road.

The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
