A wrong way driver was spotted on the Beltway 8 @ Tidwell on June 13, 2022

A wrong-way driver was spotted in the northbound lanes on Beltway 8 just before Tidwell and headed southbound on Houston’s east side on June 13, 2022, at about 3:18 a.m.
