RAW Video: Tara Oaks on Sherwood Lane Shooting Victim

There was a shooting that took place at the Tara Oak Apartments on Sherwood Lane at about 0230 on 1.29.22. Two people were taken to the hospital, the victim in this video was the second one police found in a car.
